This interactive workshop wll cover every aspect of the harassment investigation from beginning to end with an emphasis on good faith mistakes that can be exploited in litigation. The workshop will also include lessons learned by from Segal being part of the EEOC Select Task Force on Harassment. You will learn how to:

- Avoid common good faith mistakes that are often exploited in litigation.
- Document harassment claims properly.
- Determine proper responses, improper responses, and other various issues surrounding an investigation.
