Program Overview

Managing change is becoming a major focal point for HR professionals as organizations continue to adapt to an ever changing workplace. In this two-day, experiential seminar utilizing the SHRM Foundation's Effective Practice Guidelines paper on Leading Effective Change, you will use a variety of resources to simulate a change initiative in a realistic work environment. Interact with other students through true-to-life group discussions, problem solving via a case study, hypothesis testing, rework, and coaching in a safe learning atmosphere with an experienced change management professional. Gain access to a change management tool-kit to reinforce and continue the learning experience outside the classroom.
